Assalamualaikum and a
very good morning to all members of the floor.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Council, the minister Dato 'Hj. Zulkifli Bin Mohd Noor, Managing Director of Mega Holdings, the Honourable Mr. Awang Bin Othman, former Deputy Director of Mega Holdings, Ms. Sakinah Bt Salleh, Assistant Director of Mega Holdings, Department Heads, Senior Supervisors and staffs. Alhamdulillah we are grateful to the Almighty because we can meet here in this Farewell Ceremony. On behalf of the company I would like to say thank you to our honmoble guest, Mr. Awang Bin Othman for his presence to be with us to day.
Ladies and gentlemen,
The saying goes, "Man, feelings are always purest and most Glowing in the hour of meeting and farewell". Each meeting will be no separation. What is certain, each separation is very sad and painful. When remembering back the moment when shared together. I am sure it is one of the most unforgettable memories. Today we feel the loss of a special man and a leader because he has been is not only a leader but part a big family of Mega Holdings.

Soft, quiet and responsible are the features that can be described about him. The Honorable Mr. Awang Bin Othman, has held the position of Deputy Director of Mega Holdings for 5 years starting from 2007 until 2012. He has contributed a lot to the development and progress of the company. He has served with many multinational companies in England. His dedicated attitude, passionate about duties and responsibilities were the best qualities ever found in a leader. He is also known as the Deputy Director who was down to earth and a very understanding man with a hummos sense. He is an easy-going person but yet a strict man.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Mega Holdings is proud to have a great leader like him. We have for few years received guidance from him. Although he is no longer in Mega Holdings, his leadership and excellent dedication will always remain in our heart. His tolerant in handling a meeting shall be the attitude we shall follow.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Now, Mega Holdings had lost a charismatic leader, we shall pray the best for him. With a heavy heart, we wish you a happy life forever after. Friendship remains forever. Before I end my speech, I would like to recite a special poem for him, "if there's ascendancy in the farm, take one to the ground side, if there is absolute good, until it is remembered the. I express my best wishes to the Honourable Mr. Othman Bin Awang.
